Registration Information
To play in a two-day State Invitational, a player must be a member of the USKG Club. State Invitationals are posted on the Find a Tournament page.
Age Requirement
Players ages 5 to 14 on the age cutoff date of each event are eligible to participate.
Cost
Entry fees vary for each State Invitational. Find each event's entry fee on the event homepage (accessed through the Find a Tournament page). Tournament entry fees include greens fees, tee gifts, and awards for top 3 finishers in each age/gender group. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis, and the field size may be limited.
Registration
From the registration start date, a player will receive, by email, invitations with an unlock code, based on their Status color and/or current residence. The In-State Status period is open for approximately 3 weeks. Once the In-State Status period has ended, players with Status outside the state and accepted applicants will be able to register. Please note that receiving an invitation does not guarantee a player’s spot, as entries into all events are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Should you not receive the appropriate code at the proper time, please email our tournament customer service department at tournaments@uskidsgolf.com.
First period of registration
- Players residing in the host state who have Priority Status (Burgundy, Green, Orange or Blue)
Outside Status and Open Application
- Players who have Priority Status outside of the host state
- Players without Priority status who have met the Scoring Requirement may request entry by completing an application
- To fill out the Application for your desired event, please click on the State's Open Registration Date link below in blue
Open Application
During the Open Application period, all persons may apply to enter each State Invitational.
If you received an invitation and did not enter during your registration period, and would like to enter during Open Application, please email our customer service department at tournaments@uskidsgolf.com to request an unlock code.
Late Registration
During the late registration period, an additional $15 will be added to the registration fee. Players that sign up during the late registration period will not be able to purchase a last name for their caddie bib and will be listed at the end of their age group, instead of alphabetically, on the scoreboard. All late registrants should visit the event homepage to view all important player information.
Sibling Policy
Players that have not qualified for a State Invitational, but have a sibling that is invited and registered, may request a Sibling Exemption. Click here to read more about our sibling policy.
Waiting List
The last day a player may receive a waitlist invitation is three days prior the event, all deadlines are based upon Eastern Standard Time. Waiting list players will not be charged the $15 late fee if they register for the event during Priority Status period or the Open Application period. The $15 late fee will be applied to players who were added to the waiting list during late registration and then gained entry into the event.
Caddie Bibs
Caddie bib names must be ordered at the time of event registration and the cost is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, your bib and name can be mailed to you after completion of the tournament. All caddie bibs and names will be available for pickup at event registration. Players that register less than three weeks before the event will not have an opportunity to order a name, but will receive a caddie bib at player registration. Caddie bibs and names are not available for purchase outside of the multi-day events.
